The sweet almond is a deciduous tree, bearing ornamental white or pale pink flowers. The trees grow best in Mediterranean-type climates and produce an edible nut.

Rich in Vitamins E, K & B complex, plus traces of A, C & D.
Also contains plentiful amounts of oleic acid & linoleic acid, plus the minerals manganese, calcium, zinc, iron & selenium.
Cold-pressed & filtered without the use of solvents from the dried sweet almond kernels.
By contrast, the chemically extracted product is often misleadingly sold as cold-pressed.
A chemical extraction process significantly reduces the nutritional value of the oil.
