Botanical Description
Citron
The name ‘cedrat’ is the French term for this wild, citrus species: the origin of many of the citrus cultivars today. A tender evergreen tree, grown commercially in Italy bearing fruit with a thick yellow skin. The essential oil is produced from the peel.
