Lavender Water:

Use as a light & fragrant air spritz to sooth stress & anxiety. Can also be applied directly to the face & skin, or spray on your pillow at night to encourage a restful night. Also safe for use with children.

Tranquility Body Oil:

This profoundly soothing oil is ready to be applied direct to the skin as a daily body moisturiser. Best applied to warm skin, such as after a bath or shower to calm the body & mind. Ideal for use as a relaxing massage oil. Apply after an evening bath or shower to encourage a restful night.

Deep Sleep Diffusion Blend:

Add 7-10 drops in water to a diffuser or oil burner to create a space of calm & tranquility to help aid insomnia or restlessness. Clean diffuser out after each use.
